VW T2 Baywindow

On late 1967, began to manufacture the second generation of the van, Volkswagen T2. It was built in Germany until 1979. Models before 1971 are known as T2a or "Early Bay, while models after 1972 are known as T2b or" Late Bay".

This second T2 generation lost its distinctive front windshield party and was slightly larger and considerably heavier than its predecessor. It is commonly known as "Baywindow" or "Bay". The engine was also slightly larger with 1,600 cc and 47 hp.
